Shipping Information
- Free Shipping: Spend $50 or more on our “Shoppers Best Buy” page and your shipping is on us! (For all orders within postal codes with L5N)
- Free Shipping: Spend $100 or more on our “Shoppers Best Buy” page and your shipping is on us! (For all postal codes)
- Fast Delivery: For all other orders, we ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (or the cheapest available equivalent) to ensure you get your items quickly and affordably.
Return & Refund Policy
- At Shoppers Best Buy (At-Kash Inc.), we strive to provide the best value to our customers. To maintain our competitive pricing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at info.atkashinc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and, if verified, provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Please remember that for all mailing services, we function as a “Retail Shipping Outlet.” Once your package is scanned by a carrier like UPS or Canada Post, they take full legal responsibility for its journey. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
