• Fast Delivery: For all other orders, we ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (or the cheapest available equivalent) to ensure you get your items quickly and affordably.

Easy Returns

• 15-Day Policy: Not feeling it? You can return eligible items within 15 days.
• Return Charges: Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item.
• Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on stamps, shipping labels, lottery tickets, or phone cards.
• Packaging: All returns must be unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

Postal Liability Notice

Please remember that for all mailing services, we function as a “Retail Shipping Outlet.” Once your package is scanned by a carrier like UPS or Canada Post, they take full legal responsibility for its journey. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
